Battery Materials
Secondary batteries work on the principle of generating electricity as lithium (Li) ions move between the positive (+) and negative (-) ends. It can be reused several times through charging and is used as an energy source for eco-friendly mobility including electric vehicles (EV), IT devices, and various household appliances.
A secondary battery is composed of four major elements: cathode material, cathode material, electrolyte, and separator. Kairos Co., Ltd. produces secondary battery materials and supplies them to the global market. We want to grow.
Anode
Cathode material refers to the material that forms the (+) pole of the battery, that is, the positive electrode. It is an energy source that serves as a lithium source in lithium ion batteries and determines the capacity and average voltage. Kairos Co., Ltd. is newly producing high-nickel NCM (nickel, cobalt, manganese) anode materials mainly used in electric vehicles, and plans to further expand mass production according to the growth of the electric vehicle market.
