Roles and Responsibilities of Employees

1. Understanding and Compliance with the Code of Ethics
– You must be familiar with all contents of the Code of Ethics and faithfully observe them.
– Decisions should be made after consulting with the head of the department for situations that may violate the code of ethics.
– If an unethical act is committed, the corresponding responsibility shall be taken.

2. Unethical behavior reporting and counseling
– If you find out that your or someone else’s behavior is in violation of the Code of Ethics, you must immediately report or consult with the head of the department.

3. Leadership roles and responsibilities
– Decision-making: In the event of a conflict between the company’s interests and ethics, we are obliged to make ethical decisions.
– Business performance: We strictly abide by the law and do our best to create the company’s corporate value without pursuing private interests.
– Respect for Humanity: We strive to eradicate behaviors that undermine human respect, such as sexual harassment and verbal abuse within the organization.

Punishment for Violation of the Code of Ethics
Employees who violate the Code of Ethics may be punished according to relevant regulations, and in particular, the principle of zero tolerance applies to bribery, embezzlement, information manipulation, and violation of sexual ethics.
